Tim Frick is the author of books on digital media and marketing and owner of Mightybytes, a Chicago-based B Corp that executes sustainable web solutions. A regular conference presenter, he is currently working on a book about sustainable web design, and a second edition of his last book Return on Engagement: Content, Strategy and Design Techniques for Digital Marketing. He is also a board member for Climate Ride, a charity bike ride for sustainable solutions.

Jackie Norris is the Executive Director of the Points of Light Corporate Institute and leads the corporate strategy and employee engagement programs. Prior to that, Jackie served as the Senior Advisor to the CEO at the Corporation for National and Community Service and as Assistant to President Obama and Chief of Staff to First Lady Michelle Obama. Jackie helped to develop a strategic plan to address the issues the First Lady is involved with including healthy eating, national service, military family and women in the workplace. Jackie has served as a trusted advisor to various political candidates and most recently led Iowa to an Obama victory in the 2008 presidential campaign as the Iowa State Director.

David B. Smith recently stepped down after five years of service as the Executive Director of the Congressionally chartered National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC). During his tenure, he helped craft the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, expand America’s Civic Health Index to include over 25 state and local reports, create the Civic Data Challenge, launch The Civic 50 with Bloomberg Businessweek, and publish reports on civic education, service learning, and proving the correlation between civic engagement and unemployment rates. Prior to joining NCoC, David founded and directed Mobilize.org, a national organization that works with over 200,000 young adults to improve democracy by investing in Millennial led solutions. David has been honored with awards including the Independent Sector’s “American Express NGEN Fellowship”, YouthVote Coalition’s “30 under 30” and the International Youth Foundation’s “YouthActionNet Fellowship” for social entrepreneurship. He has been featured in many magazines, blogs, and newspapers, including the New York Times, USA Today, San Francisco Chronicle, Miami Herald, Huffington Post, NPR’s Marketplace, and CSPAN. David now serves as Senior Advisor to NCoC, Impact Strategist for Causes.com, Independent Evaluator for California Forward, and Senior Fellow of Davenport Institute at Pepperdine University. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board for The Corps Network and on the Advisory Board of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Democracy Project, the Concord Coalition, Reimagining Service Council, Mobilize.org, and the Campaign for the Civic Mission of Schools. David graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science. While at Cal, he taught a class on National Youth Policy and researched the causes and possible solutions to the “Youth Civic Engagement Crisis in America.”

Susan McPherson is a serial connector, passionate cause marketer, writer and corporate responsibility expert. As SVP/Director of global marketing at Fenton, she focuses on creating visibility for the firm running its CSR practice. She’s a regular writer and contributor for the Harvard Business Review, Triple Pundit and Forbes and has 20+ years experience in marketing, public relations, and sustainability communications. McPherson serves on the board of Bpeace, and Earth 2 Hub, a London-based innovative media platform for science and technology. She also is a member of Echoing Green’s Social Investment Council and Social Media Week’s New York Advisory Council. Additionally, she serves as an adviser to the non-profits: Girls Who Code, Plant A Fish, She’s The First, The Adventure Project and The OpEd Project. Recently, McPherson was selected as a Vital Voices global corporate ambassador.

Dave Shaffer is CEO of DePaul Industries, a social enterprise nonprofit organization creating opportunities for people with disabilities by providing business solutions for private enterprise. DePaul is an ideal blend of nonprofit 'mission' success integrated with for-profit 'business' success, in that neither party needs to sacrifice their aim for either for-profit CSR or nonprofit funding. Shaffer will provide insight into this interesting structure and outline ways in which businesses and nonprofits can combine forces to enact social change, and simultaneously maintain (or in many cases increase) bottom-line success.

Jamie Naughton joined Zappos.com, Inc. in 2004 right after the company relocated from the bay area to Las Vegas. As Speaker of the House, Jamie works directly with CEO Tony Hsieh, focusing on the culture for which the company has become known. Her role is essential in creating and driving the architecture of the dynamic culture as well as focusing on culture R&D to ensure Zappos.com always stays relevant to both the employees and their customers. Jamie travels the country to work with world renowned companies, authors, researchers, and business leaders to help spread the concept that by focusing on your employees and customers, good companies can become legendary companies.

As CECP's Executive Director, Margaret leads the organization’s long-range strategic and operational planning, oversees its partnership initiatives and thought leadership investments, and manages CECP's high-performing programmatic staff. Since joining CECP in early 2005, Margaret has been instrumental in establishing CECP as the top forum for inspiring and challenging CEOs and corporate philanthropic leaders to align community initiatives with core business strategy. In addition to setting the organization’s internal goals and priorities, Margaret has driven the research agenda for CECP, working with Fortune 500 CEOs to forecast trends and establish best-practices for companies seeking to have the greatest positive societal impact. She frequently presents for national and global audiences and represents CECP in print and broadcast interviews for top media outlets including US News & World Report, USA Today, Huffington Post, BBC World Report, and CNBC. Margaret also directs CECP’s partnership initiatives such as the development of Principles of Social Investment with the United Nations Global Compact, the release of a dollar valuation for corporate pro bono service in collaboration with the Taproot Foundation, the landmark research association between CECP and The Conference Board, and the forward-looking publications "Shaping the Future: Solving Social Problems through Business Strategy" with McKinsey & Company and “Business at its Best: Driving Sustainable Value Creation” with Accenture. She is also the creator of the ongoing “Giving in Numbers” report series and authored its first four editions. A native of New York City, Margaret graduated with magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors from Williams College and was Valedictorian of her class at Columbia Business School.

Teri Radosevich joined Avnet, Inc. as community relations director in May 2000. In July 2007, she was promoted to vice president of community relations and public affairs. In her role, Radosevich is responsible for community outreach, government affairs and local community branding of Avnet, Inc., a Fortune 500 high tech company. Radosevich currently serves on the advisory board for her Alma Matar, Eastern Illinois University (EIU), having previously served as an EIU 2009 Executive in Residence. Prior to that, she was named the 2007-2008 Community Relations Person of the Year by PR News magazine. In 2009, Radosevich received an international award for her signature event, The Avnet Tech Games. In 2011 Radosevich was invited to be the keynote speaker at the 7th annual Women in Leadership event sponsored by Microsoft and held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Radosevich has served on numerous boards of directors for nonprofit and professional organizations, and has served in the executive advisory capacity for local organizations. Radosevich’s work is her passion, having spent much of her adult life focused on children’s and women’s issues.
